Please leave ALL factory items like bedspreads, decorative pillows, furniture, and remotes. Please remove all personal items from the interior and outside bays. Please do not leave any perishable items in the refrigerator.
Yes, we will adjust the value according to the estimated repair costs. Please disclose any damage when first contacting us for a value.
We will need a copy of the title or registration if you have a loan, last loan statement, copies of any trust or LLC documents if applicable, copy of your driver’s license, bank account number and routing number (can be provided after physical inspection).
We provide a bill of sale with the mutually agreed upon price. If you have a loan, we will provide the necessary documents to make the payoff for you and obtain a paper title from the DMV.
We ONLY use a federal wire transfer so once the funds are in your account they cannot be reversed.
As soon as funds arrive in your account, and we take physical possession of the RV please cancel your insurance you will no longer have any liability.
In most cases we recommend contacting the warranty company to see if they offer a pro-rated refund to you directly.
